First trip to USA was lots of fun

This summer holiday, my family and I went to San Francisco. The first stop was Fisherman’s Wharf. There were lots of boats and tourists taking pictures of the wharf. There was an array of shops and restaurants, too. Fisherman’s Wharf’s well-known food is clam chowder. I tried it and it was palatable.

Then we visited Chinatown. It looked nothing like China. The food did not taste or look like Chinese food. There were many stores selling furniture and Chinese-related souvenirs.

Following that, we went to the Golden Gate Bridge. It looked amazing. Next, we went to Yosemite National Park. Yosemite is a place of hills and forests. I saw some waterfalls.

Finally, we went to Sonoma, it is a place for wine tasting. My parents tasted different types of wine but I did not.

My first trip to the USA was a good one, but the plane ride was too long and boring.
