Summer language courses

THE British International School Shanghai, Puxi campus is offering a summer school program for children learning either Mandarin or English as an additional language (EAL). The courses will include language study in the mornings and a range of activities in the afternoons. Children ages 3-6 will be learning English or Mandarin based on the theme of explorers, looking at a different topic each week. For older children, there are EAL programs dependent on age and level, including preparation for some of the Cambridge English Language Assessment exams. There is also a Mandarin program using topic-based learning, covering a range of subjects.
Date: June 30-July 18, Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm
Age group: 3-18 years old
Cost for English courses: 6,850 yuan/10-day course; 10,050 yuan/15-day course
Cost for Chinese Language and Culture courses: 4,500 yuan/10-day course; 6,500 yuan/15-day course
