Peace and tranquility at Stone Lake

Shihu Lake (Stone Lake) is a freshwater lake in southeastern Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The lake is larger than Hangzhou’s famous West Lake. Shihu Lake is near Shangfang Mountain, a national forest park and about 4.5 kilometers from downtown Suzhou. Shangfang Mountain National Forest Park was set up in 1992 and is famous for Wu and Yue ruins.

Departure date: April 11, 18 and 25.

Activities: Hotel pick up and transfer to Shihu Lake. Have a cruise on the lake, lunch, Shangfang Mountain National Forest Park, transfer back.

Meals: Chinese Lunch

Duration: 9am-6pm

• 9am: Guide will meet you in the lobby of Shanghai Hotel (Address: 505 Wulumuqi Rd N.).

• 9am-10:50am: Bus to Shihu Lake.

• 11am-12:20pm: Have a stroll and then cruise on the lake.

• 12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch.

• 1:30pm-1:45pm: Transfer to Shangfang Mountain.

• 2pm-4pm: Visit Shangfang Mountain. National Forest Park. A flower festival takes place from March to early May.

• 4pm-6pm: Return to Shanghai Hotel.

Tour price: 450 yuan/adult, 350 yuan/child, free for children under 3 years;

6 or more people can form a group;

Price includes:

1. Air conditioned vehicle transfer service through the tour.

2. English speaking guide.

3. First/initial entrance fee.

4. Chinese lunch.

Notes:
