Arnon Perlman, Consul General of Israel in Shanghai, addresses the audience during a candle lighting ceremony held yesterday at Ohel Rachel Synagogue in Shanghai to remember victims of the Holocaust. The Israel Consulate in Shanghai held the ceremony to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II.
