Thoughtful Child Touches the Hearts of a Nation
A picture of a thoughtful child using his hand to support the head of his sleeping mother on a subway train has gone viral on social media.
The photograph was taken last Thursday, on the Metro Line 2 in Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province.
The little boy is standing beside a handrail with his hand on the head of his tired mother, while she is having a nap.
The witness, who took the picture, also said he helped his mother carry the bags and also offered his seat to a mother with a baby.
After the picture was posted on Weibo, it received more than 120,000 likes in just one day.
Chinese netizens were overwhelmed by emotion after witnessing the boy's warm-hearted action. Some web users also joked that they wanted the considerate boy to marry their daughters in the future.
