College Students Recreate Emoticon from Falling Leaves

Students from a university in southwest China’s Sichuan Province have pieced together fallen leaves from ginko trees that had turned yellow on the ground to create popular emoticons.

Sophomores majoring in sculpture from college of art design and animation at Sichuan University of Media and Communications made good use of the falling golden ginkgo leaves on campus to recreate various emojis including “heart face,” “grimace” and “rolling eyes” just under the trees.
