Dama Square Dancing: Performance Alongside TV Charging On BMW
Square dancing is a prevailing culture thanks to Chinese Dama.
Recently, on June 1, photos of a group of women practicing square dancing in Hangzhou alongside a TV set running on BMW battery went viral online.
In the video, the women were preparing to rehearse a performance for the upcoming Dragon Boat Festival.
The apparent group leader said they had difficulty in following the music played on a mobile phone. So they switched to TV for better sound effect.
The leader had a BMW sedan and it happened to be parking beside the rehearsal venue. So she came up with the idea of charging TV with an inverter installed on her car.
Netizens were amazed by the scene, though some saw it nothing other than showing off.
