Meet Liang Yuxiang, 61-Year-old Muscleman
You may hardly imagine eight pack and V-line abs on a over 60 year old man. Well, at times it happens.
61-year-old Liang Yuxiang from Chengdu, capital of southwest China’s Sichuan Province, has become the latest Internet sensation after a seminude photos of his extra-fit body, rarely seen at his age, went online.
Liang’s hobbies include online shopping, Weibo posting, body building, drift racing and powered parachuting. He refuses to be defined by his age.
Liang, also one of Chengdu's most famous flat out racers said that life of an old man should never be limited to looking after grandson and practicing line dance. In his opinion, an old man can dream big as well.
He has set himself a goal to become the oldest Chinese racer in the world famous Dakar Rally. Known as world’s hardest rally, Dakar Rally is even called the “Death Rally.” Nearly a hundred people have died on the racing field since 1970s.
Liang begun to do body shaping exercises since 2000. He was initially guided by a coach in gymnasium.
Later he set up a fitness room in a lamp factory he owns, encouraging more employees to join his practice. And he does not follow a special diet.
