Love@Bus: Offering Seat To An Old Gets Two To Marry
Sometimes life throws big surprises like a simple act of kindness getting you your Mr/Ms Right.
Here is such a story.
Three years ago, Wang Ning met his future wife Li Zhiyou on a No. 62 bus in Zhengzhou, central China's Henan Province.
They both got up to offer their seats to an old lady who boarded the bus at Dongwuyuan stop.
The old lady mistook them for a couple and complimented them as a well-match.
The bus driver tried to cope with the embarrassment and suggested that they exchange phone numbers.
The chance encounter proved to be the beginning of their 3-year-long dating.
In 2015, they finally married, and Wang today is thankful to the driver for getting him his soul-mate.
In Wang's happy ending, netizens saw a good reward for kindness while appreciating the driver for the idea.
Heartened by the tale, many single netizens quipped that they would behave in good manners to get noticed.
Time for you to find your date on the bus.
