Photo Of Boy Cleaning Ads Goes Viral Online
A photo of a schoolboy removing advertisement stickers from a telephone pole on a Beijing street has gone viral online. Netizens applauded the boy’s efforts to clean up his hometown.
Accoding to people.cn, the photo was taken by the boy’s father, surnamed Mao, after he picked up his son. The boy said he began removing advertisements a year ago. He can remove as many as a dozen such adverts during his 15-minute walk home.
The boy added that several of his classmates started practicing similar habits after being told by their teachers that removing such stickers is a good way to clean up their neighborhood.
