Police Car Ticketed For Illegal Parking

A police car was given a traffic violation ticket in Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi Province, on May 23 for parking illegally. Passers-by gave thumbs-up to the city’s traffic police.

The car with a plate number beginning with K belongs to the Yulin Public Security Bureau. As the ticket showed, it was spotted by patrolling traffic police at 2:48pm. It had already parked for almost two hours when a passing resident shot the photo of the ticket.

Some residents pointed out it also lacked stickers on the windshield for annual registration, insurance and environmental protection.
