Teacher of Anatomy Makes Use of His Own Body at Classes
A teacher at Nanjing Medical University has become the latest Internet star for his fun, creative teaching method.
The young man, Li Lei, always lifts up his clothes at his anatomy classes to show students the exact positions of different organs, nerves and blood vessels.
According to The Paper, Li started using this teaching method in September 2006. When he first did this, many female students felt surprised and a bit embarrassed but later soon became interested in it.
Li said he’s fully aware of to which extent he needs to stop and avoids exposing too much.
Li is a teacher full of passionate and patience.
Back in September, a student asked him a question via WeChat when Li was at home. Li explained a lot but he still felt puzzled. Then Li wrote on his own arm and sent the photo to the student which finally solved his problem.
Inspired by Li, a freshman at the university marked different parts of muscles on her own arm.
