Girl Gets Pierced on Face by Teacher After She Fails in Answering Math Problem
A 6-year-old girl got pierced on her face by a teacher at a training center in Zhengzhou of central China’s Henan Province on November 17 as she failed in answering a math problem at class.
Six tiny scars can be found on the girl’s left cheek. She later told her mother that the teacher poked her face with nine pencils because she failed in giving the answer to the math problem of 10 plus 9.
The teacher accompanied the girl to the hospital for a checkup with her mother the next day.
The education authorities confirmed that the training center was illegal without a proper business license. The teacher is under investigation.
