Woman Tears Down Side Rail To Cross Road

A passer-by took pictures and posted it on Weibo. The neitzen also asked the city’s traffic police how much does a fence cost.
The woman in red coat and black trousers wanted to cross the road and avoid the trouble of climbing a pedestrian bridge.
The traffic police said the woman had broken traffic laws for not using zebra crossing and would also have to pay compensation for damaging public property.
