10-year-old girl killed at ski resort in Shandong

A 10-year-old girl was killed after falling on a conveyor belt at a ski resort in Linyi City, Shandong Province, this morning.
The girl, who was not identified, fell on the conveyor belt which is supposed to carry visitors up the Chashan Mountain in Linyi’s Lanshan District. Her hair and arm was tangled by the moving belt, Lanshan District government said on its weibo account.
Resort staff called police immediately. The girl was pronounced dead at scene by paramedics.
The person who runs the resort is being probed by police and further investigation is ongoing.
